Today is National Wildlife Day. We love this day because we love wildlife. We practice safe and humane removal steps to ensure you and your home are safe and also that the animals are removed in the safest way possible.
Each September 4th, animal lovers take a day to admire nature and the animals in our ecosystem as well as focus on steps we can take to best preserve and improve our natural world.
This holiday began back in 2006 and was a day set aside to honor the late Steve Irwin for his efforts in wildlife conservation. He is also well known for his TV show, “Crocodile Hunter.”
An optimal water supply, clean air to breathe and pretty flowers are all part of this working natural world.
On this day, it’s important to take some time to get outside and enjoy the outdoors and all of nature’s splendor. While you’re thinking about everything animals and nature do to maintain our beautiful environment, it’s also a great time to think about donating to some important causes that fight for this front.
You can also organize a community clean-up or help make the outdoor living spaces more accommodating to animals – so they don’t seek refuge inside your home instead.
Since 1993, we have worked to humanely remove and exclude unwanted animals from both residential and commercial properties throughout New Haven County area and beyond. Count on Anderson Wildlife to get the job whether you have a pesky skunk or squirrels that won’t go away!
